iMIS has proven difficult for our staff in terms of getting data out without having to go to a 3rd party vendor to set up reports. This may have been our own fault for creating custom fields and tables when we didn't have to. Many users find IQA to be a "cockpit" and not user friendly but I do feel like it is useful for those more comfortable with setting up reports and thinking about how data is stored. My recommendation depends on improvements in iMIS 20. I hear many great things about it and am currently researching the updates.
