I've worked with iMIS at two different associations and there are always issues with reporting. It seems the vendors are the only people who are able to set up reports/IQA, but fail to let us know how we can adjust them ourselves. Anything requiring the vendor's expertise is something the office wants to avoid because the costs are astronomical (from what I hear). Have an issue with iMIS? Don't worry, all you need to do is upgrade and then you can do it all! (I've heard this for the last two versions and am hearing it again. I'm about to encourage my assn. to get over the sticker shock of a different AMS, as it will end up costing that much to upgrade iMIS and deal with the issues that will arise from that and the vendor bills to fix it all. Again.
