We have been using iMIS for our association since 1995 and are currently reviewing the potential to upgrade to iMIS 20 from 15. During our history with iMIS it has functioned adequately for everything we have asked of it. I feel there are some limitations with customizing and reporting at some of the levels we would like. We have learned to be more creative with iMIS over the years and have found ways to make things "work" for our needs. The core functionality of iMIS is great and works as expected but if you get nitpicky you can find another solution that can handle each area of iMIS functionality with more grace and can conform more to your own needs. As an all encompassing tool however, iMIS works well for us.
