This product sounded ideal for our organization upon review. Unfortunately, the best thing YourMembership is the sales pitch. 

It works just fine if you want a basic member database, but all the other features of the platform are outdated, difficult to use, frustrating for our members and in the end, costly to us. The event management/registration feature is barely usable. Y.M. recently moved to the Amazon cloud and the system has gone haywire. I ended up with lost event registrations, mixed up billing issues and people canceling out of their purchases due to frustration. The customer service response too often is along the lines of, "you shouldn't use this function that is built into the system and meant to be used".  

I could go on, but generally very disappointed with a system we are paying too much for and provides so much less than promised.
