I 'inherited' Weblink (the person who made the decision quit and I replaced her) during the transition from ACT. It isn't very intuitive, especially when it comes to customization. It isn't always easy to get a real person on the phone - apparently we were told someone would come in to help us set up the Quickbook integration, but after we paid we discovered that wasn't the case and we had a lot of trouble finding the right support person. If you are a Chamber, this is a great AMS. Not so if you are 'chamber like'.
