Lots of Potential

We've been using the AMS for two years. The system is constantly evolving, and recent enhancements have improved the usability immensely. There are certainly bumps and areas for improvement (example: no easy way to manage volunteer history and the certification tracking is a mess). We are looking forward to an enhanced UI to make our lives and our members lives easier. All of that said, the free support and training can't be beat. Also, the ability to perform seamless and real-time transactions with our members is invaluable. I also feel the transparency and approachability of the YM staff is unique - the team seems open to feedback and genuinely takes enhancement suggestions seriously. I've worked with AMS companies before that simply say, "That's the way the product is. Sorry."
