The Toy Association has been using iMIS for almost 20 years and we have gotten a lot of it, not just for membership managment, but also website management, engagement, email marketing, etc. In addition to managing our membership database, we aslo use iMIS for our website managerment, where we currently house 6 websites, and it has allowed us to create great looking, responsive websites that integrate seamlessly with the database. We are aslo able to process event registartion and donations through our sites that flow right into the database. We've also been able to seamlessly link iMIS to various third-party applications, allowing us to provide our members with a single sign on experience. iMIS has some very powerful automation and reporting tools that have proven very useful and allowed us to automate manual tasks and create work flow efficiencies. The staff site, or web-facing portal, is user-friendly and has encouraged more staff to use the database on a daily basis. Overall, we're very happy with iMIS and continue to learn about and maximize the many features it has to offer.
