Novi AMS has truly made an impact on the day to day work   One of the biggest factors that stands out for me with NOVI, is the customer service and support. The customer service and support is quality and thorough. If I'm asking a question or need clarity, I'm supported within the answer and I'm able to learn and understand. This really helps with the success of utilized Novi. I truly cannot recommend this more. NOVI also has so many resources available and involves their customers with decisions and conversations of improvement and what WE need to be successful. If you're debating on getting NOVI, no need to debate any longer. This is a decision you will NOT regret.
