We are currently using Memberclick AMS (Oasis) and LMS. This is our first AMS that we have ever used, so I don't have anything to compare it to. The customer service is great at Memberclicks. Our concerns are addressed, fixed, in a quick and professional manner. Having said that, the Memberclick team knows my employee by first name. We have had a lot of issues reguarding integrating the AMS with the LMS. 

Both the AMS and LMS (and their integration) is clunky. It seems that one has to check three boxes on the AMS and one box on the LMS for the system to run smoothly (all in different locations in the software). If one forgets to check one of the "boxes" then the integration will not work correctly. 

Now, we are back to the drawing board to see if we can find a better running AMS/LMS. 

If you are looking for a reasonably priced AMS, want to set it up, and leave it alone- this may work for you. But, we have a lot of in-person, online, and hybrid events with the need to track training credits for our members. The Memberclick staff are great, but their platform needs updating.
