Memberclicks Review
Our non-profit organization has used Memberclicks for several years. While the customer service is great (meaning, you can call up at any time and get an answer to your question or assistance with your problem) it's not a very user-friendly AMS system. For example, if you send out newsletters, we have to export the newsletter to constant contact and then email out to our members. It would be nice to do all in one system. And while they have updated their program since the outdated one we still use to have better capabilities, when we reached out for a demo of the new things the system could do we were told they no longer do demos. While memberclicks may work for some...we are in the process of finding a new one.
