My organization has been on this platform for around three years and it has been an uphill battle throughout. The customer service leaves much to be desired, as it can take up to a week to add a new staff member as an admin to use the system. When submitting a ticket for a new request, the testing portion is incredibly frustrating, as they will ask you to go in and review/test and you're getting error messages. It's as though they haven't taken the time to test their own work. I've also been through a website re-design with the AMS integration, in addition to a full system upgrade, and can honestly say that the process brought me to tears on more than one occasion. So many of the new features didn't work, while old features broke completely. The reporting within the system (APEX) can be useful if you spend a lot of time learning how to use it for what's appropriate for your organization. Unfortunately for us, the APEX reports are not as robust as we need them, as they operate within their designated modules (membership, meetings, etc) and did not have the capability to pull information from cross modules. In order to get these reports, you need to have their BOXI extension, which includes submitting a ticket to their customer service team to have them build your report, which then means additional costs, etc. I will say that they do allow you to customize, but it is incredibly expensive and the user experience is generally inadequate. We have started to look into other options for our AMS needs.
