The transition from our old membership software to Novi AMS was very well planned out, timelines given and followed.  The team was great in the training sessions to educate us on how the software works and how best to utilize it.  It was totally the easiest transition I have ever been through in my career.  After onboarding, it is easy and quick to get answers on questions not thought to ask during training (or not put into my notes).  The Novi team is always helpful.
