NOVI is easy to use, has the best customer service out there, and is vital to the success of our association.

Our industry is full of non-tech-savvy people, from our employees to our membership. NOVI takes some incredibly complicated software and caters it to everyone. All we have to do is get our members our employees to spend a few minutes on the site and it turns into a serious tool for them to use!

One of the biggest things these guys have going for them is their customer service. It's easy to care when a sale is on the line, but these guys extend that far beyond what I thought was possible. They value you as a customer and are willing to help you with whatever questions you may have, even the trivial ones. Anytime I've had a question, they've been there to help me out and we've been with them for over 5 years!

Our association relies heavily on the ability to create different membership, create and track trainings, and supply vital information. NOVI AMS handles all of these things easily. 

We were hesitant at first based on the cost, there are other options out there that are a bit cheaper. When we bit the bullet and signed up, we haven't looked back. Jump in and try NOVI out, you wont regret it!
