Well, we officially completed our one year anniversary since the implementation of ACGI's AssociationAnywhere in December 2013. As to be expected, the first year was a little rough getting staff up to speed on the various modules and new ways to perform our needed functions. However, we also have been able to successfully add other modules based on our needs and also perform a few new integrations with other ACGI partners (ExpoLogic and HigherLogic). Overall, I give the staff at ACGI an A+ for their ability to manage projects/tasks through their online project management toolsets. We are still going through some learning curves between their staff and ours, but have not experienced anything that cannot be overcome with a few phone calls and exchange of needs/information.
