Our National organization has invested untold dollars and hours in trying to make this AMS system, which never really was designed for associations with members but businesses with products/customers, work for our local affiliates/chapters. It's been a painful process (which is to be expected with any rollout of a new AMS) and while I must say it does what we need it to do (member/prospect tracking, participation, dues invoicing, etc.) but because it was designed with a different use in mind, it is not intuitive and many reports and tweeks are still needed.
