Personify Difficulties

The product is solid with not many issues in backoffice. However, its ebusiness interface issues combined with the need to have either a large technical internal staff or a large wallet, still leave me feeling dissatisfied. We are upgrading to version 7.6 and it is time consuming and costly. Not sure if it is any worse than any other AMS, but I still believe there should be an easier way.
