Personify - not for the faint of heart

The Personify platform, as it is today, can be many things to many people. That being said, it is also complex in its configuration. It can be slow and buggy. Support is almost non-existent. If you must rely on Personify to solve your issues, you will be in for a long hard ride. Does it deliver most of the time? The quick answer is yes, it has a solid A/R platform behind the AMS, Membership, Subscriptions, Order entry, Exhibits, Meeting registration, Committees are all rock solid. There is a quirky address file structure, with an even quirkier address link. Their E-Biz is ok, but not up to today standards, and not consistent from area to area. Documentation is getting better. Q/A is also pretty good, but look out when there is a functional issue - see the above support issues. They have a decent set of partners with varying level of integration (buyer beware). They have an off the shelf data warehouse solution, I would ignore it and build my own (we did). There is a great user community, lots of sharing and help comes from this area.
