I used Raiser's Edge at my old organization for nearly eight years. The system was implemented without a consultant guiding our staff so we basically just asked for whatever we thought was best. I loved the automation and batch entry for payments, but the best part of the system was no doubt the query and export features. We could query from the broadest fields down to the most granular detail, allowing me to find any entry, person, or payment I needed. I miss the days of having this system.
