We've been on this system for at least a decade - reliability is its strong suit, but ultimately, we find ourselves using external databases for registration, abstract management, the foundation, the website...we would love to get on tool that's more user friendly. I'm positive iMIS would be a great tool if the investment to for the latest version and regular training was made.
