Novi AMS Review

As a director of operations for a regional trade association, Novi AMS has been a solid upgrade for our team. It brings membership, events, dues, and our website into one place, which has cut down on manual work and cleaned up our data. The interface is intuitive enough that staff at different levels can use it without a huge learning curve. What really stands out, though, is the Novi team: support is responsive, they understand how associations actually work, and the product is continuously improving in ways that reflect customer feedback. From an operations standpoint, it feels like a platform we can grow with, not one we’ll outgrow.
