If you're proficient with MS Access, then its integration with iMIS is your one stop shop. You can create queries as needed on specific categories. The data is clean and needs very little "housekeeping". iMIS customer service is also stellar and the consultants/staff are always ready to troubleshoot issues/questions but more importantly, teach you the skills to successful solutions. The functionality in membership renewals, terminations, cycle changes are seamless and can be done real time with a couple of clicks. The robust menu (membership demographic categories) is phenomenal; again for reporting purposes. My only suggestion would be to find a way to integrate it with key players like event registration management software like Multi Soft and LMS programs for CEU's. It's nice to have membership data in one place. Outside of that, iMIS is by one of the best programs I've had the pleasure of using! Bravo!
