We used to use Member Clicks and it was awful. It was a struggle to get my team on board for the transition from that platform but I'm so grateful that we pushed through and switched over to Novi. We looked at about 5 other platforms before settling on Novi and it was a 10-month process. I am a customer service snob but the Novi team knows how to deliver! They respond immediately to help me with whatever I need. They made the transition so easy and their user interface is so much more straightforward and user-friendly. They are also always making updates (like monthly!) and you can put a request in and they will actually do what you ask. I can not recommend them more highly. I will add though if you are looking for a totally customizable website to go with your AMS theirs is a bit harder to do that with. They do have a paid version of their website though so I'm sure that would offer more customization.
