We transitioned to Novi AMS in May 2020. This was of course not the best time to be making a full AMS change, but I am still beyond happy to we did it. We did an extensive search for a new AMS, including hiring a consultant to assist us in our research. I am fairly certain we looked at every single mid-level AMS that was in the market at the time. We felt comfortable with Novi during the sales process, and we received what we were promised (which is often not the case during these kinds of projects). The AMS interface is intuitive. We're happy with most of the modules, particularly the member and accounting areas. The integration with QBO has absolutely saved bookkeeping time. We've been able to connect Novi to several third-party products through their API which have all enhanced our members' experience.

But in the end, what sold us was their customer service. I have never felt like a number with Novi. They truly listen to our feedback and ideas and have implemented many of the modifications we have asked for. They host regular member roundtables on a variety of topics, all of which helps to better understand the AMS while also learning from other Novi users. Novi has grown quite a bit since we contracted with them 3.5 years ago, but I still feel like they care about us and our experience. I would 100% recommend Novi to an association looking for a solid AMS with an even better customer service experience. The team at Novi is truly fantastic.
