Top-shelf customer service and easy to learn

I used MemberClicks in a project I did for a client. I reviewed the client's business objectives and requirements and did some advanced MemberClicks configurations to better align it with their business processes. I've used numerous AMS systems, but had never used MemberClicks, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easily I picked it up. I found the menus to be very straightforward and self-explanatory. The forms builder offered some advanced functionality, but I still found it quite easy to use. I had to set up a payment gateway for my client, and I expected it to be difficult, but it worked on the first try. When I needed assistance, their customer support was extraordinary. In particular, Kinsey Mahan spent over an hour on the phone with me spread out over 2-3 calls, and even reviewed my plans and finished work to ensure I had set things up in line with effective practices. MemberClicks is a simple AMS, so it doesn't do everything under the sun, but what it does, it does very well.
