Our biggest issue with YM is the lack of customization when it comes to building event forms and complex conventions. YM lacks a more developed event platform that allows you to gather a ton of information from your attendees (beyond what sessions they want to attend) and also does not have a solution for selling multiple tickets or event passes in one transaction leaving the end user confused and upset.
