We are a small association licensing Personify through an association management center. We've found the system to be incredibly difficult to adapt. Our membership is organizational and the affiliate manager is crucial to our business processes. Unfortunately, our association management center has been unable to launch this feature after more than a year and a half of working with TMA resources. I find the member-facing ecommerce site to be clunky and archaic looking. Furthermore, we do not have access to the database, just daily reports from our vendor which is very frustrating.
