As a small chapter of a nation-wide association I know we do not use Star Chapter to its fullest potential. This is the first AMS software product we've used so I've nothing to compare experiences with and our national office manages the database for its components, so that limits my experience as well. I find the software relatively easy to use and the company continues to update and improve its functions.
