Implemented iMIS 100 professional in 2019 in-house with very little experience in under 6 months. While it was a very stressful implementation in such a short time frame, imis support at the time was very helpful.

The dashboards are great with clear, helpful data and are fully customise-able. Since implementation customer support is not as readily available/supportive but get back to you within a day or two depending on the urgency.
