Switching to NoviAMS has been a great experience for us. Mostly we did the change because we needed to be able to handle the relationships between individuals and companies better than we could in YourMembership. But we got so many other benefits. The support team is amazing - and responses are incredibly fast. There is a constant stream of new features that are making it meet our needs even better - they really listen to feedback and act on it fast. The close integration with Quickbooks has eliminated a huge amount of work during the audit. The Novi financial records and the Quickbooks records are the same - there is no gap between the programs where errors can creep in.

We do a lot of external integrations - and the API is extremely straightforward, fast and reliable. That has excellent support too, although we rarely need it.

I'm struggling to think of a downside.  I scored it lower on customization - but we don't need much customization, the base product already meets our needs, and there are enough custom field options to keep us happy. 

We feel proud to be part of Novi's user group. We love the team, we love their approach, and we feel that in choosing Novi we made a great decision that enhances our ability to serve our members and work efficiently.
