Weblink - ok

I have used weblink for 4 years. It is not user friendly. It does have a good interface with Quickbooks and has helped us manage our AR much better.
Customer service often takes weeks to reply and modifying a report takes a long time. It does not seem like they understand the association business.
The meetings module is not intuitive and the online registration is cumbersome.
