  • It’s intuitive from the start. Many tasks require no training—it just makes sense, making adoption incredibly smooth.
  • The two-way QuickBooks sync is fantastic. You can see it working almost instantly, making financial tracking seamless and satisfying.
  • Onboarding was intense—in the best way. Our onboarding leads were outstanding. They shared relevant, timely insights that set us up for success. Honestly, we’re not ready to let them go!
  • We’re excited for the road ahead. We’re impressed with what we know so far. While there’s still a lot to learn, it’s clear that the system is thoughtfully designed with both users and members in mind. We're genuinely looking forward to learning and growing with Novi every day.
