As a Wild Apricot consulting partner, we have implemented Wild Apricot for 20+ associations and clubs. Wild Apricot we find is a great mix of both ease of use, affordability and a good fit for smaller sized associations and clubs. We also find it can be used in unusual situations like condo owner associations where there is less around membership management and more around community building.

We appreciate how Wild Apricot works and supports customers. Their customer support is exceptional both online, email and via phone. The help documentation is updated, concise and very detailed. We really appreciate the modular and generic nature of the system. There is not just 1 way to do something and Wild Apricot can be extended!

It turns out that the API that powers their mobile apps is the secret sauce. Using the API an untold amount of customizations are possible including:

1. Working with other systems like certificate generation for accrediation

2. Total customization of the website aimed at members and the public

3. Custom reporting for single and multi-chapter support

What's great is that the API is an industry standard REST API and can be used in a variety of integration situations. Wild Apricot has a long way to grow to compete with the big association management systems, but it will get there! And in the meantime it's a terrific solution for organizations with under 15,000 contacts/members.
