Aptify was great until the contract was signed, somewhat okay during the implemntation and worst afterwards. they will not respond at all. Their support does not know what their consulting did and consulting did not document anything suring implementation. So to talk to consulting to fix the issues during implemntation, they want more $$. Already spent $$$$ on implementation. I have seen 50 times cheaper AMS work better and have better customer service than Aptify. Looking forward to getting out of contract.
