The AMS landscape is evolving rapidly. With the ever-changing nature of technology, older comments can sometimes provide a skewed view to the person seeking feedback. Archived reviews are more than 60 months old, and aren't counted towards the average five star ratings or percent recommended.

While there are so many things this product can do, unfortunately it's too many and some core products and customizations are left out. There is no conference module. Therefore, if you hold an event with more than a couple of breakouts, you should find an add-on product to list your programming/ register your attendees. Additionally, potential attendees can only see the breakouts AFTER they've committed to registering/paying. Seeing/choosing breakouts is part of the payment process????? Inability to customize payment forms which results in forcing your members to fill out the event/membership information, then click to pay, fill out the SHIPPING information (not needed), AND then the credit card billing/payment information. They are asked to fill out their address information three times and there is no way around that so I've been told by support. Unable create a form for any ol' thing you want and accept payment for it without creating a product and forcing your members to go through that arduous payment process which cannot be combined when they pay dues. Your members will have to pay dues, then go BACK into the system to make any add-on payments (referral services, foundation, pac, merchandise) after the fact as a separate event. Support is slightly slower than I would like, but it's probably because there are some growing pains. It should improve in coming months. You should note before you sign on that for every process you set up on the back-end, there are about 3 more steps that HAVE to be customized somewhere else that you don't know about :-)
