I have worked on Personify formerly TIMSS system for 10 years. While I believe it is powerful it does have it's challenges. I am told that the API's are difficult to work with if not using an ASP.net site. That is not my area I will take my co-workers opinions on that challenge. I can speak best to the back office as I call it. It is powerful and we only had to have 3 customization's to the program. We have added several fields that we track and that is relatively easy. But I hear understand the connection is very important so the API challenges need to be addressed.
