This is a nice system with many modules and options.  Get ready to spend many hours in setup.  Once it is running the way you want, there will be some upgrades along the way which sometimes requires more hours to figure out how to do things.  This system has also been known to go down but I personally only experienced this once where it was an issue.  If your association has the money, pay YourMembership to help with setup/modifying modules.  The online tutorials are good, however,
