I've worked with numerous systems over the span of my career and the MemberClicks HELP Team is without a doubt the best. Their response time is quick and resolution of any problem or question is almost painless. They keep the situation light and do not fault the user for the problem (even if 50% of the time it is operator error). I almost feel weird about gushing over their customer service so much when I recommend them, but these days it is becoming increasingly difficult to find great customer service, so when I experience it, I cannot compliment it enough.
