We are currently using iMIS 15. We have some customization but for the most part, use the basic provided database. I'm sure we do not nearly use the DB to its full potential. Our association is relatively small (4,200), we only do a minimum of membership renewals but are heavy on event registration and I think this system works well for our needs. The look is pretty basic but so is the functionality so I would have to say it is quite user friendly. Navigation between screens is clear and easy as is pulling reports.
