We've had continuous difficulties getting straight answers from our ACGI reps, most of our questions or concerns are acknowledged and then never addressed. We have specifically requested a different rep to work with us numerous times, as the individual assigned seems very pleasant but largely unable to assist us with even basic issues. Unfortunately, the company has ignored even that very simple, non-software related request, even after one of our executives had to contact the ACGI rep's supervisor to explain our holistic disappointment.
